Dr. Steven Grokel (MD)
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Steve Groke, or simply “Dr. Steve” as he is affectionately referred to by his patients and staff, is an emergency medicine trained physician. In 2003, he graduated college at the University of Portland with a bachelors of science in nursing. After serving as a nurse in the United States Air Force he went on to complete medical school at the University of Utah and an emergency medicine residency in Tucson Arizona.
Since 2014, he’s worked in a variety of emergency departments from busy trauma centers to small rural facilities. Following additional training, he now helps support medical spas as a medical director. Together with the team at Brightcraft, he looks forward to helping you safely achieve your aesthetic goals.
Lilit Badalyan (RN)
RN, AESTHETIC INJECTOR
Lilit Badalyan is a highly qualified healthcare professional serving as operational director, Registered Nurse, and Aesthetic Injector at BrightCraft MedSpa. After Graduating Dermatology Residency overseas, Lilit obtained her Registered Nursing License in California pursuing her dream of becoming an esthetic injector.
With a rich background as a dermatologist and injector since 2016 in Armenia, Lilit brings a wealth of experience to her role at BrightCraft MedSpa, where she has been contributing her skills as a registered nurse.
As a registered nurse at BrightCraft Medical Spa, Lilit Badalyan embodies a philosophy of compassionate care and professionalism. She creates a considerate atmosphere where individuals receive personalized medical care coupled with genuine empathy. Lilit is committed to enhancing the Medspa experience, combining medical expertise with a refined aesthetic touch. Elen Hrayryan
TREATMENT COORDINATOR, OPERATING MANAGER
Elen Hrayryan, our Treatment Coordinator and Operating Manager, brings over 4 years of management experience and 2 years in the medical spa field. A graduate of California State University, Northridge, Elen is committed to excellence and is currently planning to pursue a master’s degree in Finance in France. Elen holds a specialist certificate in ZO Skin Health and actively participates in the same training programs as our nursing staff. Her caring and helpful nature, coupled with a genuine passion for skincare, make her the perfect guide to help you discover the best skincare regimen for your unique needs. Known for her commitment to personalized care, Elen ensures a warm and welcoming environment at BrightCraft Medical Spa. Her goal is to provide expert guidance and support throughout your skincare journey.
